Public release of the annotation of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum
Dear Friends:
On behalf of the Fungal Genome Initiative at the Broad Institute, we are pleased to announce the public release of our automated annotation of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum.
The data can be accessed at: http://www.broad.mit.edu/annotation/fungi/sclerotinia_sclerotiorum/
This annotation release features:
- Automated annotation of 14,522 genes
- Description -- Information on how this putative gene set was created
- Search and visualization of genes and other precomputed features -- Search database of all Sclerotinia sclerotiorum genes by name, locus, position, or PFAM domain
- BLAST against protein set -- Use BlastX or BlastP or search against the set of predicted proteins of all Sclerotinia sclerotiorum genes by name, locus, position, or PFAM domain
- Download FASTA files and supplementary material
FASTA files for genome sequence, genes, and translated proteins are available.
- Genes by PFAM domain -- Genes categorized by HMMER hit to a PFAM protein domain
- Genome Statistics -- View basic statistics about genome size, gene density, coding regions, exon/intron sizes, codon usage, etc.
We hope you will find these data useful to you and we look forward to your feedback.
Best regards,
